Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
Our practitioners adhere to the AMA Code of Ethics concerning privacy and confidentiality. Rest assured that your medical records and consultations are maintained with the highest level of confidentiality and are used solely for your care. We are committed to protecting your personal information, ensuring that it remains secure and accessible only to authorized staff members.
Handling of Medical Files
Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. It is accessible primarily by your medical practitioner and, when necessary, by other medical and clinical staff for communication with specialists or allied health professionals. Additionally, our staff may access your file to meet the administrative needs of running a medical practice. All staff members are bound by strict confidentiality agreements as a condition of their employment.

We generally will not release the contents of your medical file without your consent. However, there may be circumstances where we are required to disclose information, such as for legal purposes mandated by a court of law, disease notification, or inclusion on national and state registers (e.g., Immunization and PAP).
