Our practice maintains a recall system to ensure that patients who undergo clinical investigations are appropriately followed up.

Notification of Abnormal Results

We only contact patients directly for follow-up if their investigation results indicate urgent abnormalities. In such cases, it is crucial for the patient to promptly discuss these results with their doctor.

Patient Responsibility

For non-life-threatening results, we expect patients to proactively schedule follow-up visits to review their investigation reports and discuss any necessary next steps. It is important for your ongoing health that you make these appointments as advised by your healthcare provider.
