Consultation and Communication Policies

To ensure a smooth consultation and minimize distractions, we ask that most queries be addressed during a scheduled appointment. If necessary, your doctor may discuss a telephone query with you. If your doctor is currently in consultation, your call will be returned as soon as they are available. Emergency situations are the exception to this policy. If you believe your issue requires immediate attention, please inform the receptionist that it is an emergency. A nurse will then speak with you and communicate your situation to the doctor.

Email and Mobile Phone Policies

For security reasons, we do not accept appointment requests or health information via email. Please use secure methods to communicate with our practice.

Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent mode before entering the consulting room to avoid disruptions during your consultation.
